ASQPE is composed of permanent representatives, corporate entities incorporated under private or public law divided into 3 colleges :

- College A (40%) : suppliers or service providers (professional organizations and groups representing suppliers and service providers)

- College B (20%) : intermediary users and prime contractors (groups and organizations representing intermediary user companies and prime contractors)

- College C (40%) : owners and technical organizations (owners acting as experts or technical consultants)
